Family Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – term time only plus 5 training days
Salary: NJC Scale Point 13-15
Actual salary: £25,197 – £26,029
Endeavour Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to work across both of our schools, Macmillan Academy and Archibald Primary School. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our children and families in making the most of their education and time at school. The Family Support Worker will work alongside key staff, children, families and external agencies to encourage positive attitudes towards keeping children safe, great attendance and successful education.
